It took me thirteen years to get an Endometriosis diagnosis. THIRTEEN YEARS. I had been to multiple medical professionals to find answers to the pain and debilitating symptoms I was experiencing.

Fast forward to February 2023, I had my first laparoscopy and was diagnosed with Endometriosis! I had mixed emotions. The relief of finally having an answer but I was coming to terms that I had a chronic illness with no cure and I was grieving the life I thought I would have.

I continued to experience lots of pain and had debilitating bowel symptoms that caused myself to be medicated to leave the house. I knew something wasn’t right.

Now, in 2025, I’ve had another laparoscopy and FINALLY, I’m having some pain free days! I have a long road to go to tackle some symptoms but there’s hope.

This is why Lets Chat Endo came to life! I wouldn’t have had the help without speaking with others about their Endo journey.
